We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our Site.
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect. Upon confirmation of the defect, we will provide instructions on how to return the defective item and process a return.
For any damaged or lost packages, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped and a tracking number has been provided.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be eligible for potential refund in the case of defect. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same one, contact us.
Shipping Returns
To return your defective product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you after your customer service request has been approved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
